As part of the new rules and regulations being considered by the apex capital market regulator, Security Exchange Commission (SEC) public issue of any Real Estate Investment Trust (Reits) would be cleared if only it achieved additional 15 per cent subscription to a firm underwritten of 35% of total volume of issue by the issuing house.
